The NECO SSCE Internal for 2026 has already taken place. This page records the dates of the June/July 2026 exam, explains how NECO publishes its timetable, and shows you where to look for the next one. If you need results rather than dates, see our guide to how to use the NECO result checker.
NECO SSCE Internal 2026: key dates
| Item | Date reported |
|---|---|
| Exam start | Monday, 15 June 2026 |
| First dated paper (Paper I Practical, Computer Studies) | Monday, 22 June 2026 |
| Last papers (for example Marketing and Livestock Farming) | Thursday, 23 July 2026 |
| Results release | Reported for Thursday, 24 September 2026 at NECO headquarters in Minna |
These dates come from published reports of NECO’s timetable and announcements. Always confirm them against NECO’s own notices. Some practical papers had dates fixed later by the Council, and candidates were told to follow the time printed on the question paper if it differed from the timetable.
When will the NECO 2027 timetable come out?
At the time of writing, we have not seen an official 2027 SSCE Internal timetable. NECO normally publishes the timetable shortly before the exam period, so check the official NECO website and its social media pages. Be careful with websites that sell “leaked” timetables or papers.
